1700g Whole Milk
200g Pasteurized Egg Yolk
300g Mascarpone
300g Caster Sugar
200g Base 100
300g Marsala Wine

Preparazione

  • Mix all the powdered ingredients together

  • Mix all the liquid ingredients, add the mascarpone and blend until you get a smooth textures

  • Blend in the powders to liquids using a hand mixer

  • Rest the base in the refrigerators for at least 10 minutes

  • Blend again the base with the hand mixer

  • Load the mixture into the machine
